1. Scope
This policy describes the Kairo Works public documentation for Truth or Dare. It should be reconciled with the exact distributed build whenever permissions, SDKs, storage, advertising, analytics, billing, notifications or network transmission change.
2. Core data model
The app is designed to work without a Kairo Works account. Player names, custom prompts, preferences and progress may be stored locally. Google Play Billing and, when present in the distributed build, advertising or analytics SDKs may process technical data under their own policies.
3. Voluntary contact
If you contact Kairo Works by email, we may receive information you choose to provide, such as your email address, name, screenshots, device details and the content of your request. We use it to answer support, privacy or legal requests and to protect the service when necessary.
4. Third-party services
Google Play, Google Play Billing, advertising, analytics, diagnostics or other services are only considered part of the product when they are actually present in the released build. Those providers may process technical or transaction-related information under their own policies.
5. Data sale
Kairo Works does not use the sale of users' personal data as its business model.
6. Security and minimization
We aim to collect or process only information necessary for a defined function. Local data may be removed through in-app options when available, by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. Remote-data deletion procedures depend on whether the released product actually stores remote user data.
7. Requests
Privacy requests may be sent to [email protected].
8. Changes
This page may be updated when the product, applicable law, store requirements or third-party integrations change.
9. Language
This English version is provided for international accessibility. The Portuguese version remains available at the language link above; product-specific legal review should be performed before each major release.
