2. License
Kairo Works grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the product for its intended purpose. The app, code, visual identity, text, original systems, artwork and other protected materials may not be resold, extracted or redistributed as another product without permission.
3. Product use
Lúmina combines a dense editorial library, structured interpretation tools and a visual system designed for quick mobile consultation without giving up depth.
Users remain responsible for their conduct, decisions, device configuration and compliance with applicable law and store rules.
4. Purchases and third parties
When purchases, subscriptions, ads or store services exist, processing may be handled by Google Play or other third parties under their own terms. Virtual items and unlocks do not represent cash, investment value or a withdrawal right unless a law explicitly requires otherwise.
5. Availability
Kairo Works may correct, rebalance, reorganize, add or remove features and content to maintain compatibility, safety, quality or product viability.
6. Prohibited use
Do not use the product to violate law, consent, privacy, security, intellectual property or the rights of other people.
7. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kairo Works is not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unsupported device conditions, third-party service outages or treating entertainment or symbolic content as professional advice or factual certainty.
